4.5 stars? It's unbelievable. I was confused by a female cashier at the self-service cash register today. How could it be so rude, are you the dictator of this store? Are you a manager? Then it shouldn't be more serious, is it? Is there the most basic respect? Jesus!

收到取货邮件是8月27号，我是28号中午去的。结果两个箱子他们只在取货处找到一个，两个人分别去仓库找，都说没找到。然后一个经理说他们继续查，两小时后给我电话。结果没有接到电话。下午7点多，我主动打电话过去，接电话的人说给我查，20分钟后给我电话，结果也没打。第二天去买东西，顺便再次关注我的东西，依旧少一个。又去查。还是没有。让他们找经理或者能解决问题的人。来了一个，说这是星期天，能解决问题的人不在。说不行的话给我退款。我说工具可以帮我干活，钱没这个功能呀，我就想要机器。我问她通常东西不在，是不是马上再订一个，然后再找呀。她说只能等周一。然后说让我第二天再来，不管东西在不在，都给我返100。看她也解决不了什么问题，只好安慰一下她而走人。第三天，周一，下午，立新老板在homedepot买东西，问要不要她去过问一下。我就把邮件转发给她。过了一会儿，说东西都在。只是他们似乎不知道返钱的事儿。我就把头一天经理的样貌描述了一下，他们就去找人了。找人期间，旁边一个工作人员问有没有什么需要帮助的，我老板又说了一下诉求。他就在系统里操作了一下，发现了头天经理的留言，然后就返了。
