Andrea was a huge help for our new build, offering suggestions and tips as we made decisions. We were originally having Lord of the Floors secure and install the flooring. They were very accommodating when we had to push back our install date 2xs and then as the move in date was closer she had to push us back due to COVID. We were unable to make that new date work with our inspection. Andrea graciously let us purchase the product she had stored for months at no additional charge. We really appreciate her professionalism. We will be back as we continue to complete everything.
