Our renovation required a small amount of a specific solid hardwood flooring to fill in a Bay Window to match the existing floor, Magna had it & at the right price... Thanks to the staff at Magana for going the extra mile.

Magna sold my hardwood to an installer who does not follow hardwood installation guidelines and my new flooring was installed incorrectly causing my warranty to be void (even though my installer assured me the flooring was being installed correctly and that Magna promised a warranty)I stopped the project halfway through when I realized and wanted a refund for the leftover hardwood so that I could rip out the mistake and start over….a job that costed me already $14,000 will cost me $32,000. When I asked my installer for a refund on the left over wood flooring he stopped responding and when I asked Magna to assist they never responded either. All this nightmare because Magna values sales over who they sell to. In this case a one man show installer who didn’t know what he was doing and Magna is supposed to only sell to businesses owners that have storefronts. My installer who I was duped by is a one man business who wants to reap the rewards/profits of a storefront without investing in one. Buyer beware Harwood Guru aka Arai Hardwood Flooring Calgary/Nelson. I have repeatedly asked for a refund or replace/fix with ZERO response. I learned my lesson the hard way by trusting someone that was recommended to me. Hope you can learn from my mistake. I’m going into week 4 of my house upside down and a half finished floor.
